Changes to the Working Rule Agreement

Changes to the Working Rule Agreement

04-Jun-2019

**The original Promulgation was issued on 24th May 2019. However, the Fare & Travel scales had been incorrectly calculated and this Promulgation supersedes it with the correct figures. No adjustment should be made to operatives who have already been paid under the old scales but the new, correct, scales contained in this Promulgation should be applied at the earliest opportunity.**

The following changes to the Working Rule Agreement have been provided by the Construction Industry Joint Council and come into effect on Monday 24th June 2019. Although these are voluntary, using them as a guide helps to create a more level playing field within the construction industry.
